in the Achievement Coaching Program we use various processes to help  achieve the desired outcome.


  1. Past - Present - Future
    Staring in the now we clarify our ‘present state’. From that we create a ‘desired state’ in the future, we set goals. We also look at what has contributed to us being where we are now and clearing any no longer needed burden.

  2. Love and Power
    Aligning with your goals and purpose in life also means balancing and getting in touch with your centre of love and power. These are more metaphorical terms which represents energies in the body. This also refers to integrating the masculine and feminine with the Higher Self. Refer to the page ‘about achievement’.

  3. Creating Healthy Relationships
    We are in relationship with everything and everyone. Besides your relationship with the people in your life, we are also looking at your relationship with work, health, nutrition, exercise, finances, environment, self development, self image, fun and recreation.
