in the Achievement Coaching Program we may specifically work with:


  1. Goals/Outcomes: goals/outcomes are what want - a desired state, something you don’t have in your present state.
    A suitable goal/outcome will meet certain condition: it is specific, measurable, challenging but realistic, motivating and achievable.

  2. Values: values are those things that are important to you, for example ‘health’

  3. Beliefs: beliefs are the generalisations we make about others, the world and ourselves that become our operating principles. We act as if they are true and they are true for us.
    Beliefs are the rules we live by. These rules may be liberating and empowering and give you permission to get your goals and live your values, or they may be obstructions making goals impossible to reach or leading you to believe you are not capable of getting them.

  4. Emotions: emotions are what we feel in relation to a stimulus, they determine the thoughts and beliefs we have about our surroundings.
